Adobe achieves internal and external security compliance with Safeguard for Privileged Sessions

Adobe’s Experience Cloud team needed to meet internal and external security and compliance requirements (including ISO 27001 and SOC 2) while reducing operating costs and preserving administrator workflows. They required in-line MFA, SSH and RDP support, session logging, LDAP integration, SSH key support, Splunk forwarding, and high availability — and selected One Identity’s Safeguard for Privileged Sessions to meet those needs.

One Identity deployed Safeguard for Privileged Sessions as a proxy‑based gateway integrated with Adobe’s LDAP, Okta for in‑line MFA, and Splunk for audit ingestion, rolling out three high‑availability clusters across datacenters and cloud environments. The solution was implemented in weeks (run in parallel with existing bastions, then decommissioned), now monitors hundreds of administrative users and helps protect tens of thousands of systems, enabled SOC 2–relevant controls, streamlined administration, and reduced support tickets and operating overhead.
