Visionary by Skanska, a Prague office building developed by CA Immo, set out to achieve ambitious green building goals with dual certification targets: LEED Platinum and WELL certification. To support these sustainability objectives, the team used One Click LCA to assess the building’s environmental impacts and identify the materials most critical to certification performance.

One Click LCA helped Skanska Czech Republic evaluate material options and optimize the design, especially for concrete structure, partition walls, and suspended ceilings. By selecting functionally equivalent materials with better availability and lower impacts, the project reduced global warming potential, ozone depletion, acidification, and tropospheric ozone formation, contributing to a successful LEED Core and Shell v3 Platinum certification at 95/110 points, with WELL Gold certification in progress.
