Permasteelisa Group, a global leader in façade design and manufacturing, faced the challenge of accurately quantifying and reducing the embodied carbon of its custom projects. The variability in materials, design, and complex global supply chains made standardization difficult. To address this, they adopted the EPD Generator from One Click LCA.

Using One Click LCA's platform, Permasteelisa integrated supplier data and performed detailed life-cycle assessments to optimize material choices and supply chains. This enabled them to achieve a 15% reduction in global warming potential on the UCB Gateway Project and identify strategies for even greater reductions. One Click LCA provided the tools for project-specific EPDs and data-driven decarbonization.
