Mesh Energy, an energy consultancy focused on low-carbon building design, needed better ways to assess embodied carbon and whole-life performance across a wide range of projects. Working on schemes from concept design onward, the team used One Click LCA alongside IES modelling to help clients make informed decisions and improve sustainable outcomes.

With One Click LCA, Mesh Energy could quickly import bill of quantities data, duplicate models, and test multiple material and design scenarios during optioneering. This iterative approach helped the team achieve a 93% carbon saving on the Hope Street project, deliver BREEAM Excellent ambitions, and comfortably meet RIBA 2025 carbon reduction targets with 2030 targets also within reach.
