IKEA Centers Polska SL needed support for a new construction project in Poznan, Poland: the IKEA Convenience Center, a 27,408 m2 building pursuing BREEAM International New Construction 2013 certification. To help meet the Mat 01 requirements, the customer worked with One Click LCA and its expert partner JW+A to carry out life-cycle assessment calculations.

One Click LCA provided the LCA analysis used for the project, specifically within the Mat01 calculator scope. The result was strong performance toward certification, with 91.4% of the available Mat 01 points achieved, showing that One Click LCA helped IKEA Centers Polska SL substantially advance its BREEAM goals.
