Case Study: Comarch SA achieves BREEAM Very Good certification with One Click LCA

Life Cycle Assessment software for BREEAM International

Comarch SA, the Polish software and IT services company, needed support for a BREEAM International New Construction assessment for its new Comarch SSEZ Office in Poland. To address this, it worked with One Click LCA, using the software for life-cycle assessment analysis as part of the project’s Mat01 calculator scope.

One Click LCA enabled JW+A to complete the LCA assessment for the 18,800 m² office building, which helped the project achieve BREEAM International New Construction 2013 certification at the Very Good level. The solution delivered strong performance, with 92.9% of the available Mat01 points achieved.
