Car Showroom Lee Terrace, Blackheath London needed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating for the retail shell portion of its development, while understanding the life cycle impact of the construction materials. Vendor One Click LCA provided the life cycle assessment tool used for the project’s Mat 01 LCA work.

One Click LCA was used to assess the environmental impact of the Car Showroom’s construction materials and support the BREEAM UK New Construction 2014 certification process. The solution helped the project gain exemplary credits under BREEAM 2014 Mat 01, with the showroom covering 293 m².
