Legal & General Property - Customer Case Study

Legal & General Property needed to support the development of Bloomberg’s New European Headquarters in the UK with a rigorous life-cycle assessment for a new construction project targeting top-tier BREEAM performance. To meet this challenge, they used One Click LCA for Mat 01 LCA analysis and to help achieve exemplary points under BREEAM UK NC 2014.

Using One Click LCA, the project team completed life-cycle assessment analysis for Bloomberg’s New European Headquarters, helping the building secure a BREEAM Outstanding rating with a 98.5% score. The project also incorporated a water-saving vacuum drainage system and on-site CHP generation, reducing water and carbon consumption while lowering environmental and cost impacts.
