How to achieve BREEAM Outstanding with Life Cycle Assessment credits

Podium Park, a 55,000 m2 office development in Poland, needed support to achieve BREEAM Outstanding for its new construction project. The customer worked with One Click LCA, using it for life cycle assessment analysis as part of the certification process.

One Click LCA, through expert support from JW+A, delivered the LCA assessment and BREEAM AP advisory services for Podium Park. The project achieved 90.9% of the points available within the Mat01 calculator, resulting in 6 credits plus an exemplary performance credit and helping the building secure BREEAM International New Construction 2013 Outstanding certification.
