How Sweco achieved LCA credits for their BREEAM Outstanding project in Poland

Mennica Legacy Tower, a 65,600 m² office development in Poland, needed support to secure BREEAM Life Cycle Assessment credits for its design-stage certification. The project team worked with One Click LCA and Sweco Consulting Sp. z o.o. using the Mat 01 Life Cycle Impacts module.

Using One Click LCA, Sweco developed the life cycle analysis that helped Mennica Legacy Tower achieve BREEAM 2013 New Construction certification at 88.5% Outstanding. The project earned 6+1 credits, including the exemplary credit for Mat 01 Life Cycle Impacts, and was shortlisted for the BREEAM Awards 2018.
