How Skanska used One Click LCA to get BREEAM International credits

Skanska used One Click LCA to support a new residential construction project, Port Karolina – budova B in Prague, as part of its effort to achieve BREEAM International New Construction 2016 certification. The customer needed a way to carry out life cycle assessment (LCA) for the project and document sustainability performance for certification purposes.

One Click LCA was implemented by Skanska CZ to perform the LCA for the 21,335 m² development, helping the project earn BREEAM International credits. The case study highlights One Click LCA’s role in enabling certification support for the residential project, which is the second building in an estate planned to deliver about 186 new homes.
