How One Click LCA was utilised to achieve Mat 01 Life Cycle Impacts credits in BREEAM Int'l New Construction project

Mickiewicza 03, a residential new construction project in Warsaw, Poland, was developed by Skanska Residential Development Poland and needed support to meet BREEAM International New Construction 2016 requirements, particularly for Mat 01 Life Cycle Impacts. To address this, the team worked with One Click LCA, using its LCA service with expert support from Go4Energy.

One Click LCA helped assess and document the project’s life cycle impacts, enabling Mickiewicza 03 to achieve Mat 01 Life Cycle Impacts credits under BREEAM International New Construction 2016. The project became Skanska’s first residential development in Poland with a BREEAM certificate, underscoring the environmental performance benefits delivered with One Click LCA.
