Case Study: Unnati Office Building achieves LEED v4 Platinum with One Click LCA

How One Click LCA was utilised to achieve Building life-cycle impact reduction in LEED v4 design credits

Unnati Office Building, a corporate office project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, was pursuing LEED v4 Platinum certification and needed to meet the Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction requirements. To support this challenge, the team worked with One Click LCA and its lifecycle assessment capability for LEED v4 design credits.

One Click LCA was used to perform a whole-building life-cycle assessment, helping the design team optimize the structural module, prioritize recycled and reused materials, and identify the highest-impact materials early in design. The project achieved LEED v4 Platinum and demonstrated a 13% reduction in kg CO2e from construction materials, becoming the first LEED v4 BD+C: NC Platinum project in India and the second in Asia.
