How Colliers used One Click LCA to achieve LEED Gold

Colliers International Romania used One Click LCA to support its first LEED v4 project in Romania: a confidential ~20,000 m² warehouse and office development targeting LEED Gold. The team needed to complete a Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment for the LEED MR Credit on a warehouse project that also included parking, technical areas, a guard house, and landscaped green space.

One Click LCA provided the Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment tool, along with helpful baseline guidance and automatically generated reports that could be integrated into LEED documentation. As a result, Colliers International Romania was able to streamline its LEED submission process and move the project toward its targeted LEED Gold certification, with plans to use One Click LCA for future LEED and BREEAM projects.
