How ARA used One Click LCA for their residential project

Multi-Storey Buildings on Eskolantie, a new construction residential project in Helsinki, Finland, needed a way to assess the energy consumption and carbon footprint of its planned multi-storey housing. The project, known as Eskolantien puukerrostalot, involved an estimated 91 residential apartments.

One Click LCA was used by ARA for a Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment to calculate the project’s energy use and carbon footprint. With One Click LCA, ARA gained a clear environmental assessment of the development, supporting more informed sustainability decisions for the project.
