ARK Data Centres, a designer and operator of high-integrity data centres, faced a challenge in servicing its clients efficiently. Client requests for access changes were handled via email and phone, a process that could take up to four days to complete. Seeking to differentiate its services and support business growth, ARK partnered with vendor One Beyond to develop a secure self-service portal.

One Beyond built a responsive web application using technologies including C#, SQL Server, and Vue.js. The solution enabled clients to manage their own access securely and independently, reducing the approval process from days to just a few hours. The portal, which features multi-factor authentication and GDPR-compliant data storage, is part of a broader plan to manage all client-facing activity, significantly enhancing the customer experience.
