100 Days, a Norwegian start-up in the education and training sector, aimed to disrupt leadership development with a digital toolkit for managers in new roles. Faced with the high failure rate of executive transitions, they partnered with vendor One Beyond to build a bespoke software solution to address this universal challenge in a scalable way.

One Beyond developed the cloud-hosted ELLA application using the latest Microsoft technologies. The solution provided managers with accessible, multi-lingual tools that delivered visible results within 100 days, creating a highly cost-effective SaaS product. The outcome was so successful that 100 Days plans to continue the partnership with One Beyond for future development of additional toolkits.
