I Holland, a manufacturer of tablet tooling for the pharmaceutical industry, faced a challenge in helping its clients meet stringent regulatory requirements for process traceability. Their existing system did not manage the comprehensive day-to-day maintenance and reporting needed for tooling accuracy and performance. To solve this, they partnered with software developer One Beyond to create a new, bespoke Tooling Management System (TMS).

One Beyond designed and built the IH-TMS from scratch, a self-contained system that manages the entire tooling lifecycle and integrates with hardware for direct monitoring. The system is compliant with FDA standards, is easy to use with a touchscreen interface, and supports multiple languages for global auditors. I Holland was extremely pleased with the solution, believing it will provide a market edge and win new business, and excellent feedback was received from international agents at its launch.
