Forever Living Products (FLP), a large international wellness and beauty products retailer, faced challenges with its outdated, semi-automated event ticketing system for its distributors. The manual process was costly, slow, and limited last-minute sales. To present a more professional image and improve efficiency, FLP commissioned One Beyond to develop a modern e-ticketing solution.

One Beyond created a bespoke e-ticketing and order processing system using ASP.NET and SQL Server. The solution utilized QR codes scanned via smartphones, integrated with payment processing and FLP's existing database. This eliminated printing and postage costs, allowed ticket sales up until an event, and provided immediate confirmations. FLP was highly satisfied with the professional result and the fact they retained full intellectual property rights to the cost-effective system.
