Vodafone Germany, part of global telecoms leader Vodafone, needed a better way to track reputational drivers and spot emerging topics that could help or harm its brand. Onclusive supported Vodafone with media analysis and communications insights to assess the impact of news coverage and strengthen its reputation management process.

Onclusive built a hybrid framework combining automated analytics with human curation, extending Vodafone’s existing key messages analysis to deliver granular topic and horizon-scanning insights in a fast, cost-efficient way. The work helped Vodafone identify underrepresented reputation topics, attribute communications success to specific activities, and improve its PR and marketing effectiveness; the project was also recognized with an AMEC Communication Effectiveness Award.
