To address this challenge, they partnered with the vendor Onclusive for their media analysis and insights service.
Onclusive implemented a monthly Voices tracker, which used human analysis of public domain media to provide detailed reports on sentiment and key themes. These insights were used widely across Aviva's business, from informing senior leadership decisions and shaping communication campaigns to guiding corporate responsibility and public policy teams, ultimately helping the company remain responsive and protect its reputation.
