By distributing meeting packets five days in advance, moving administrative approvals outside meetings, and giving committees easy access to materials, OnBoard helped NAPAHE save time, keep meetings to a one‑hour cap, improve transitions for new leaders, and enable rapid, strategic decision‑making during the COVID‑19 crisis.
