AgTexas Farm Credit Services, a member-owned rural lending cooperative headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, needed to modernize and streamline its time-consuming, paper-based process for collecting annual director and officer disclosures required by the Farm Credit Administration. To solve this, AgTexas turned to OnBoard Board Management Software and its Director & Officer (D&O) Questionnaire feature to replace manual printing, signing, scanning, and chasing of forms.
OnBoard Board Management Software implemented the D&O Questionnaire so disclosures are created, pre-filled from prior years, shared, signed, reviewed and corrected electronically on tablets. The change delivered measurable results: staff time spent on disclosures dropped dramatically, the annual process now takes minutes instead of weeks (the board completed its round in about 15 minutes), the solution achieved board-wide adoption, and paper use was significantly reduced.
