The Judge Group, a global staffing firm with 35+ offices and thousands of contractor placements each year, faced growing strain on its onboarding and compliance processes. Manual tracking in network folders and spreadsheets left contractors with a slow, fragmented experience and compliance teams juggling multiple versions of required documents.

Working with MTS Software Solutions, The Judge Group deployed OnBase by Hyland as a low-code case management solution, using point-and-click configurability to centralize contractor records, templates and ERP integrations and to deliver packets, e-forms and e-signatures via an online portal. Three IT staff built the solution in under nine months, resulting in faster onboarding, a much improved contractor experience, streamlined compliance workflows, and a scalable platform supporting roughly 5,000 contractors a year.
