Universal Forest Products (UFP), a wood-products manufacturer with 85 facilities, faced inefficient, manual processes—relying on shared spreadsheets, aging Access databases and email—to manage complex, changeable work like environmental compliance and testing. Needing better process efficiency and visibility, UFP selected OnBase for case management.

OnBase gave UFP a single case-management platform for diverse processes (capital expenditures, SOX, storm water, etc.), combining electronic forms, workflow automation, task notifications and consolidated document/data access.
