Bofrost* needed a fast way to roll out process improvements without extensive programming, especially for document-heavy work across HR, purchasing, fleet management, and mobile sales teams. The company turned to OnBase by Hyland as a low-code enterprise content management platform to replace time-consuming Outlook-based and paper-based document handling.

OnBase by Hyland was implemented to digitize archives, connect with systems like SAP, Workday, and DocuSign, and streamline document and contract workflows across departments. The result was a rapid expansion from two departments to about 150 users, fully digitized vehicle files and other records, faster deployment of new applications, and better support for cloud-based remote work and home office access.
