American National Bank of Texas needed to modernize paper-heavy lending, treasury management, and compliance processes that were causing delays and manual work. After moving to OnBase, the bank used the vendor’s cloud platform and workflow tools to automate loan onboarding, collateral tracking, insurance and escrow, while also improving document management and employee access.
With OnBase, American National Bank of Texas cut a mortgage warehouse loan process from two hours to under 20 minutes per day, reduced a treasury onboarding process from more than five days to less than a day, and quickly scaled remote processing for PPP loans during COVID-19. OnBase also helped strengthen daily Regulation CC hold reviews and compliance workflows, giving the bank faster, paperless, and more consistent operations.
