To meet this challenge, they partnered with the vendor, OnAudience Ltd, and utilized its Data Management Platform (DMP) and audience analysis services.
OnAudience implemented its DMP to analyze the resort’s first-party data, create detailed audience profiles, and identify best-converting users. Using its vast third-party data warehouse, OnAudience found new look-alike audiences and also utilized second-party data from a content marketing campaign to reach new customer segments. The solution achieved a remarkable 234.80% ROI for the client. The content campaign itself delivered a 9.41% conversion rate and an impressive CTR exceeding 26%, significantly increasing total reservations.
