Nature4Climate, a campaign-led organisation promoting nature-based climate solutions, faced a communications and advocacy challenge: with limited budget they needed to elevate nature’s profile in the global climate conversation and influence policy, finance and national commitments. To do this they turned to Onalytica for influencer mapping, ongoing social monitoring and insight reports to identify and engage the most strategic individuals across media, finance, politics, business and academia.
Onalytica delivered targeted influencer lists (the “spartan” 300–1,000 approach), monthly monitoring powered by tailored algorithms and bi‑annual insight reports, surfacing bridge figures and enabling focused campaigns (#NatureNow, “The Forgotten Solution”) and events. The work helped Nature4Climate shift nature’s share of the climate conversation from about 1% in the early days to roughly 9% on average and peaking at 12% during key moments, while broadening and decentralising the conversation — measurable evidence that Onalytica’s mapping and monitoring increased reach and strategic impact.
