One Call Now worked with a midwestern community college with four satellite campuses serving over 5,000 students that struggled to keep students informed of events and tuition deadlines. Despite using direct mail and staff calls, many registrants were still dropped each semester for missed payments, creating a need for a more efficient, affordable communication solution.
