Harvey Browne Memorial Presbyterian Church, a century-old congregation in St. Matthews, KY with about 800 members and 154 staff, was hampered by outdated communication methods—manual, fragmented newsletters and flyers, limited social media presence, and no centralized process—so announcements frequently slipped through the cracks.
