MM Finance (Midwest Check Cashing / getezmoney.com) is a growing payday lender with 44 locations in six states and more than 150 employees. The company relied on time-consuming manual calls to contact past-due borrowers and log results, which limited outreach frequency, caused data-entry lag, and left management without a reliable way to verify that calls were being made.
Vontoo (One Call Now) automated the workflow by importing daily call lists into a web-based broadcast system that sends thousands of calls daily and returns delivery and outcome reports (live answer, voicemail, undeliverable). As a result, borrowers are contacted daily instead of weekly, collections improved year-over-year, reporting became easier and more extensive, and problem accounts are identified more quickly — a change the GM called a “game-changer.”
