Holland Residential, the property-management arm of Holland Partner Group, discovered in 2013 that its lease-renewal process lagged behind the seamless online move-in experience: renewals relied on spreadsheets, phone calls, manual offer letters and in-person signings, creating inefficiency for site teams and friction for residents. Realizing the processes were incongruent, Holland sought a better online renewal solution.

Holland became the first customer to adopt On-Site’s Online Renewals, integrating it with their existing leasing platform and revenue-management pricing. The cloud-based system lets staff track expirations, generate and customize offers, sync pricing automatically, and allow residents to review and e-sign renewals on any device — serving a portfolio of over 20,000 apartments. The result: faster, more automated renewals, reduced staff time, a smoother resident experience (100% of surveyed properties reported improvement), and stronger retention.
