Cambridge Management Group is a San Diego–based, women-owned apartment owner/operator that has grown to more than 1,100 units since 2006. To compete with larger operators and serve many remote and military renters, the company needed a technology partner that could modernize leasing, speed up screening and renewals, and preserve high customer service standards.

Partnering with On-Site, Cambridge implemented the Leasing Suite (Online Applications, Screening, Documents, E‑Sign, CloudFile and Online Renewals) plus remote tours, instant qualification and smartphone document uploads. The result is a largely end-to-end online leasing experience, faster renewals and fewer manual steps, excellent tenant feedback with no leasing complaints, and more time for staff to build lasting resident relationships—letting a smaller operator compete at a larger scale.
