Woodforest National Bank, a privately owned community bank with over 900,000 customers and roughly 750 branches, sought a scalable, secure way to communicate with customers, promote products, and reduce perceived wait times across its largely in-Walmart footprint. To meet these goals it evaluated solutions for a year and selected Omnivex digital signage software (including Omnivex Moxie and Omnivex DataPipe) to provide centrally managed, visually engaging content with local customization while minimizing staff overhead.

Omnivex software was rolled out to the majority of Woodforest’s branches (covering over 600 locations), powering screens at entrances, behind teller lines, and drive-throughs with centrally scheduled, instantly updatable content and branch-level tailoring. The Omnivex solution delivered measurable benefits: dynamic advertising that reaches in-branch customers and passers-by, reduced paper output and associated costs and time, lower perceived wait times, and improved customer engagement and satisfaction — with plans to extend functionality using Omnivex Control for remote hardware management.
