Blue Mountain, Ontario’s largest mountain village resort, needed a digital communications platform to replace outdated conference signage and to automate and centrally manage guest-facing messaging across a geographically large, four-season resort. Blue Mountain chose Omnivex and its Omnivex Moxie platform to address needs for conference room schedules, interactive wayfinding, digital menu boards, event promotion and timely on-screen advertising.
Omnivex deployed Omnivex Moxie to drive 143 screens across the resort — including 3 conference centres with 29 rooms, 3 base lodges and restaurants, guest services displays, and 6 check-in locations serving over 1,000 accommodation units — with centralized content scheduling, metadata targeting and interactive touchscreens. The Omnivex solution eliminated repeated menu/signage reprints, sped up content updates, ensured the right content shows at the right time, and enabled targeted advertising and wayfinding, delivering time and cost savings while supporting future expansion.
