The University of Arkansas’ Fulbright College wanted to move its quarterly publication, Fulbright Review, from costly print distribution to a more modern, eco-friendly digital format. Working with OmniUpdate and the OU Campus content management system, the college sought a solution that would improve accessibility, expand readership, and make content easier to update and measure.
OmniUpdate helped Fulbright College build an online, SEO-friendly, ADA-conscious publication with automated templates, dynamic article pages, a generated PDF option, and improved sharing and navigation features. The new workflow cut production time from about 20 hours per issue to 10 hours and eliminated roughly $58,000 in annual design, print, and mail costs, while also increasing engagement through email, social media, the college homepage, and analytics-driven content decisions.
