Midland College needed to replace a slow, dated, and disorganized website, along with a difficult-to-manage CMS that made editing unreliable and left the school with a fragmented mix of old and new pages. The college worked with OmniUpdate to plan a full redesign, starting with the CMS and aligning it with a new site design, using OU Campus to better support guided pathways for students.

OmniUpdate implemented the OU Campus SaaS CMS and worked with Midland College through redesign, templating, migration, and training. The result was a streamlined site structure that reduced more than 4,000 pages to about 1,000, improved brand consistency, and made content management easier campus-wide, with contributors able to learn the system in about 30 minutes. Midland College also reported fast support responses from OmniUpdate and a more attractive, intuitive website overall.
