The customer, Easyfairs, was keen to adopt the latest technology for its trade shows and wanted to provide an interactive wayfinding solution for its visitors. The vendor, Omnitapps, was engaged to address this challenge with its Omnitapps Wayfinding software and associated hardware.

Omnitapps provided a combined hardware and software solution, featuring kiosks equipped with its Wayfinding software and custom interactive maps. After initially having the maps created for them, Easyfairs was ultimately able to create the interactive maps themselves using the Omnitapps platform. The implementation was a success, with the customer being satisfied with the results over two years of collaboration and the vendor noting the project's reliable and no-nonsense approach.
