Beeztees - Customer Case Study

Beeztees, a pet accessory retailer, faced a challenge where customers were unclear about which products to use during the different growth stages of a puppy. They partnered with the vendor Omnitapps to develop a solution. Using the Omnitapps SwipeMediaMarker, they created the Beeztees Puppy app to provide this necessary information and inspiration to consumers in-store.

The solution implemented by Omnitapps was an interactive app designed to inform customers about puppy development and the corresponding products. The app also included an ExternalApps feature for signing up for a puppy checklist. While a measurable impact on sales is part of a future phase two evaluation, the initial phase one rollout in Dutch garden centers was deemed a success by Beeztees.
