Reptil, a Mexican marketing agency working for a children’s animation brand, used Omnisend’s abandoned cart automation and discount code features to improve a workflow that had been hurting performance. Their challenge was that offering a 10% discount in the first abandoned cart email was training customers to wait for discounts, which reduced average order value and conversion rate.

Using Omnisend, Reptil removed the discount from the first three abandoned cart emails and replaced them with gentle reminders and personalized product recommendations, then introduced conditional discounts of 5% and 10% in later emails based on cart value tiers. The revised workflow generated $73,387 in revenue, reached a 26.9% open rate and 1.9% click rate, and increased average order value by 25%.
