Organic Aromas, an e‑commerce aromatherapy brand, wanted to grow its email list and convert more site visitors into buyers. They partnered with Omnisend and tested popup signup forms (product used: exit‑intent pop up) to improve on their existing Shopify footer form and SumoMe bar.
Omnisend implemented a four‑week experiment with exit‑intent, immediate, after‑clicks popups and a signup box, requiring only about 60 minutes of setup. The campaign captured 661 new leads (up from ~264/month, a 150% increase), drove 40 additional orders overall, and produced strong single‑week results (the immediate popup added 135 subscribers and 10 orders; the after‑clicks popup added 17 orders). Omnisend’s popups therefore boosted list growth and sales with minimal investment.
