How Harper Liz Boutique Used Welcome Emails

Harper Liz Boutique is an online children’s clothing retailer that needed a way to increase sales on autopilot and make strong first impressions with new visitors. To solve this, they partnered with Omnisend and used signup forms, email campaigns and automation workflows—most importantly a 3-email welcome series—to better onboard subscribers and drive purchases.

Omnisend implemented a 3-email automated welcome series sent over one week (set up in about one hour), which generated more than $50K in revenue from welcome emails: $47K from the first email and an additional ~7.5% (about $3,600) from the 2nd and 3rd, with 36% open and nearly 9% click rates. The results strengthened customer relationships, improved conversions across other automations, and prompted Harper Liz Boutique to expand use of Omnisend’s cart recovery and order confirmation workflows.
