CA Design, a premium Irish furniture retailer, needed a more efficient way to manage its complex supply chain and growing ecommerce operation as it shifted to a digital-first strategy. After moving from Squarespace to Ecwid and later switching its email marketing to Omnisend, the team wanted better integration, more control over stock and supplier timelines, and stronger tools for marketing automation and segmentation.

With Omnisend, CA Design built automated, segmented email campaigns, used signup forms and A/B testing, and grew its list through influencer giveaways. The results included a 10–15% increase in email list growth from giveaways, more than 2,000 new leads from a single competition campaign, and average click-through rates above 5% with text links.
