Using Omnisend’s workflows, Amundsen rebuilt a customizable order confirmation and other automations that now drive outsized revenue: the order confirmation represents 2.4% of sends but 16.7% of Omnisend‑attributed yearly revenue, with a 32% conversion rate from clicks and a revenue‑per‑email 9.5x higher than promotional emails. Together the order confirmation, abandoned cart and welcome automations account for 29.4% of Omnisend‑driven sales on just 3.6% of sends; the abandoned cart alone converts at 57% and shows a 1,598% RPE lift, and audience sync to Facebook has doubled CTR — all delivered via Omnisend.
