University of Hamburg - Customer Case Study

The University of Hamburg's Institute for Experimental Physics, part of a global research group for the CMS particle detector, faced the challenge of managing and providing access to 25,000 data files from tests on radiation-hard silicon pixel components. To solve this, they turned to Omnis.

Utilizing the Omnis Studio JavaScript Client and a headless Omnis Server, Omnis developed a web application that allows all institute members to search a central database and download measurement data via a browser. The solution was developed rapidly; a working prototype was completed in just two months. According to the developer, Omnis provided exceptional technical support, fixing critical bugs within days.
