The customer, Capdata Software, faced the challenge of digitizing the entire judicial process for the courts of Madagascar. Their project required the integration of diverse file types, certification of documents with identification keys, the use of QR code readers, and the implementation of robust data security and cloud backups. To meet this need, they partnered with the vendor Omnis to develop a solution using Omnis Studio and the Omnis JavaScript Client.

The solution implemented by Omnis was a comprehensive web application that integrated all stages of the judicial process. This application was deployed across all main jurisdictions in Madagascar, supporting 20,000 users on 19 different servers. The result was a major step forward in the digital transformation of the Malagasy administration, creating a highly secure and paper-less office environment that was welcomed by the Ministry of Justice and the European Union.
