The National Association of Nephrology Technicians/Technologists (NANT) needed to move away from managing order fulfillment for its training program publications in-house, which was tying up a full-time staff member. To support its educational manuals and materials, NANT worked with Omnipress, its print partner for association publications.

Omnipress proposed outsourcing both print and fulfillment of NANT’s publications, including printed and online manuals. The result was a more efficient process that cost less than handling fulfillment internally and effectively gave NANT “another full-time staff” at little extra cost, freeing staff to focus on more meaningful initiatives.
