National Retail Federation Foundation (NRFF), the philanthropic arm of the National Retail Federation, wanted to grow its training programs while simplifying confusing course book offerings for its Customer Service and Sales certification. It turned to Omnipress for print materials and materials fulfillment, including a plastic coil-bound training manual.

Omnipress helped NRFF rewrite and redesign its course books so the student and instructor versions aligned, improved the learning experience, and supported both self-study and classroom instruction.
