Their existing system struggled to scale as submissions grew from about 200 to 800 or more, making the process increasingly difficult for staff and volunteers. With Omnipress and CATALYST, Geo-Institute gained a scalable abstract management solution supported by a dedicated Omnipress project manager, and they also used the Attendify mobile event app to automatically push session schedules and content to attendees. The result was simpler execution of multiple annual events, less work for staff and volunteers, lower app costs than before, and a better overall experience for both attendees and staff.
